Well, the urine inspection fell thru…he works for a company that works for GM and is concerned about his job, so won’t be purchasing the property until he feels more secure…Damn…and I was looking forward to playing with a new toy… He had offered to pay for the equiment for me if I bought it and used on the home and wrote it up in the report
I need more clients like him…not the ones that have to cancel…but ones that offer to pay for my equipment

I’ve been trying to come up with some good ways to market Urine inspections. I can’t think of anything real good and I’m getting a little pissed about it.
