Was at an inspection yesterday & saw a structure/system on a flat roof that maybe some kind of water heating system. Can anyone provide any clarity on what this structure/system could be?
Looks like a homeowner special. Possibly to provide warm water to a outside pool.
Whatever it is, it looks like it is falling apart. 
Looks like Fafco solar panels.
Whatever it’s hooked up or connected to is up to you figure out (can’t see it from here). Typically for solar pool heating, looks like overkill for domestic/potable hot water applications.
Thank you, for pointing me in the right direction. Going to do some research on these systems. Will also indicate that the system & structure appear to be in poor condition & recommend further evaluation.
