Pre Inspection

OK, I give up… I saw the Pre Inspection checklist but can’t find it… any help please?? (Just a note, I am NOT an idiot, just can’t seem to shuffle through all of the stuff on this site to find specific items and yes I tired search…)

Dave, I dont know if this is what your looking for. I couldn’t find anything on “pre-inspection” checklist.

By the way just my humble opionion, I would stay away from checklist when doing a home inspection. There great for you, but dont include them in your reports. Most reporting software out there will act as a good checklist.
