It worked today!! Good job, Gerry!!
Oh yeah, and good question too!
Dang it I had a nice smart-aleck reply all ready to go since there was no poll when I first viewed the post. Guess I got there too fast.
The inspection yesterday had this type of water supply. I was amazed to see that they ran it through the attic. I made sure that I showed him where the water shut off was.
This was one of those houses where you just want to get in their face and shout find another house.
Wood Frame
PB Piping
Stucco below grade
Backyard sloped towards house
20 year old 3-tab shingle roof
Gas water heater in garage on floor
20 year old ac and heat
All of this for only $210,000
Thanks Blaine, I do get it right every now and then
Regards
Gerry
Sounds like a real bargain Greg, I hope you wrote up the lack of Aluminum wiring though
Regards
Gerry
Hey Gerry,
The main panel was on the exterior. The builder thought it was a good idea to plant a tree in front of it. Now 20 years later you could only open up the cover about half way, so I didn’t remove the dead front. Some times you just have to shake your head and wonder.
The buyer loved the house and is proceeding with the purchase.
I noticed that some people said “Marked PB2110” was a known problem.
Why would the designation itself be considered a problem???
Greg…were the termites included in the $210K, or was that extra?
