I’ve been doing draw inspections for lenders on the side now for some time. With my previous experience in construction, there are things that jump out at me that are wrong or don’t make much sense. So do any of you home inspectors that do draw inspections solicit builders to do phase inspections for them? I haven’t as I see it as an ethical contradiction; or do I just have an overactive conscience? Thoughts?
Good luck convincing a builder they’re doing something wrong 
It’s a nice idea but I just don’t see it getting any traction.
