The whole point of your inspection is to report conditions as present accurately. ~It is not a matter of being harsh, but being precise and accurate. Just report facts. There are homes that are full on disasters out there. It is your job to point out what is present based on conditions observed. It will feel hard to write, but not your fault that the home is a hot mess.
I understand. I realize I just called as I see it without really digging too far cuz he also don’t want to be Nick thinking either and some of these things was so blatant. And when I realized the piping had me I thought for sure that was going to be really bad but then in the grand scheme of things it’s really nothing compared to what’s going on in that house right now and I know they got a lot of work to do for sure. I thank you for your reply. That’s the thing about me. I know this all these things but then I always feel for the people I’m doing it for. But I guess what I’m doing is actually helping them because then all they can get that stuff fixed and taken care of because I know nobody else is going to go in there and say everything is fine. Specially that roof but the other thing is just adds to the list of course. Thank you again!
Douglas, hope to find you well.
I see what appears to be cloth with a shell of PVC insulator.
I feel the domestic potable water supply pipe in this image, if for potable water or not, is Copper pipe. See the solder bead?
That is very helpful! Thank you very much! One question now when they ask for the cloth on the wind mitigation this is where that I would Mark that on there correct, this is the first time I ever saw this and I just don’t want to make the mistake of calling out something that shouldn’t be. Again, thank you for helping me with that it helps me to get a better idea of how to look for these things at a questionable. I am obviously new at this I’ve done a few, but works been a little slow and I do have another job that I do so it it kind of makes it difficult sometimes.
Welcome.
I don’t do wind mitigations. Sorry. Can’t help you there.
