Hey guys wanted to see if anyone wanted to make some extra money doing radon testing I have a Durridge Rad 7 Model 711 for sale, we use it for our radon company to sniff out those hard to mitigate homes. It is a great machine to test on every single home inspection you do. You can make more money per inspection, you can use it to grab and sniff, its currently set for 2 hours at 20 min increments, this gives you many readings, and is pretty darn accurate. you can also set it to run for a determined amount of time so you can follow the EPA guidelines. I have a templet already made up to give to your clients. It needs calibration before using it for your inspection business. These machines cost new almost 7 grand plus I have many extras that come with it.
