This past Saturday I spoke with Mauricio, my partner in developing InterNACHI Mexico. Mauricio is from Cuernavaca. While we spoke, he and his girlfriend were trapped in Acapulco by a hurricane that had killed 11 people in Acapulco alone, and had closed the road back to Cuernavaca.
Back when I was a carpenter in S. California we were sitting around at lunch one day in a garage on a housing tract, and I remember one carpenter (we were framing) saying “Sunny and warm, sunny and warm, I’m tired of this, I miss the seasons!” Wonder where he is today?
