Repco boiler age?

I’ve looked but I couldn’t find the age of this Repco boiler.
Model # LA150C
Ser.# 184-14450

I believe that is the Ser. #, hard to read it. The first 1 could be an I, if so I’m thinking it is January 1984. Any help would be appreciated.
