Roof Geometry: flat or non-hip?

Finishing up a Wind Mitigation report and a little confused on the roof geometry portion for this particular roof. The roof has a flat portion and a very shallow sloped portion. When measuring the slope of the sloped portion, I got 1:12. Would this count as a flat roof? The 1802 form mentions 5 or more units and obviously a home has just one but the slope is less than 2:12. Thanks for any help and advice

That’s would be listed as other roof geometry on wind mitigation.
Looking at the photo it has a gable portion of roof and majority is flat.

Do you see any hip style there?
Other is the correct designation.
