Since we dont remove the meter it appeared to me that the wires from the meter to the overhead wires are only 60 amps. I couldnt verify if the wires where copper or aluminum. I did recommend that the utility company verify the size and update if needed.

The main wires from the main breaker to the meter are copper and 100 amps.

good call, I doubt those SE wires are copper so they are most likely 60 amp AL.

The utility probably does not own the wires in the mast. Generally the service point is the crimp at the service head drip loop.
The wires should be the same size as the ones that terminate on the main breaker.
