Hi everyone! Looking for a team in need of a rookie inspector in the Greater Houston area. Currently located in the NW Cypress TX area.
TREC licensed, InterNACHI CPI and continuing my education with InterNACHI courses. Got three years experience doing loss draft inspections and monthly surveillance of vacant urban properties for mortgage and insurance companies while studying /testing/ earning credits towards certifying Home Inspections. Recently I had the opportunity to team with another inspector that can be contacted for references of how we rolled.
Would do a 1099 or W2 no preference.

Margarete, contact some CMIs or CPIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring.
