THis request should not be made here. It should be made to the MAB, in the MAB forum. I would recommend sending this information to Blaine Wiley or John Bowman, immediately

Vendors are encouraged to apply for the seal rather than use the NACHI house logo so as not to confuse consumers into thinking the product is a NACHI product (a problem encountered with some vendor websites in the past). The seal's main purpose was to allow industry vendor use of a NACHI logo that makes it clear (to the purchaser or website visitor) that the product is not produced, sold, or guaranteed by NACHI. The seal's secondary purpose was to give NACHI some teeth in handling consumer (normally inspectors) complaints about products by reserving the right to rescind seal use and omission from outrageously popular www.inspectormall.com
Though in existence a short time, both seal purposes appear to have achieved their goals.

This issue has been a topic of discussion with the MAB for approx two weeks now. We will forward our requests and/or advice to Blaine upon completion.
Please understand that some issues are more difficult than others to hammer out compiled with the fact that this is a very busy time of year for HI and also vacation time for many. We also have one member deployed to the gulf coast. Thanks, Bob W
