Hello,

My name is Vincent, and I am a CPI located in Homestead, Florida (Dade County) and operate in Dade, Monroe, Broward, and seldomly Palm Beach, and Collier county. I am writing to inquire about any current job openings for a full-time CPI in South or Central Florida. I have extensive experience in insurance inspections, some wind mitigation inspections, along with some complete home inspections. I am currently pursuing my mold cert and studying for the part 107.

Regarding the relocation aspect, I am open to relocating to Central Florida (Orlando region preferred), as I am currently not bound by any lease agreements.

Pro:

  • I have my own tools

  • I have my own insurance if needed

  • I have a reliable vehicle and I love to drive

  • I’m always eager to learn and easy to coach

  • I don’t have an ego

  • I have fantastic customer service experience

Cons:

  • I currently do not possess a drone license, but I am working on that, in the meantime, I like to walk each roof within a safe manner.
