I seem to remember in my 1960 Buick, I pushed the gas pedal to the floor and it engaged the starter.

I believe it was my '55 GMC pickup had a floor starter.

You could probably have gotten that with an electric overdrive as well. (I had one - the overdrive)

This is my 55 Dodge Power Wagon, it has a button on the dash to start it. Must be an upgrade from Larry’s GMC :thinking:
