Hope you've found this Dave,

Yes, I do include the CREIA CoE also. It's in a 15 page, stapled, glossy (like a magazine), three hole punched booklet. This is the idea I'm putting together for the NACHI SoP and CoE.

I need something presentable yet affordable ![icon_cool.gif](upload://oPnLkqdJc33Dyf2uA3TQwRkfhwd.gif) .

All of this information, along with a "home safety tips" booklet are included in the back of my report.

I don't want the PDF file that is here. It has NACHI posted way to much. With the letter head on each page. JMHO

I have tried to copy and paste with no luck.

Sent. It is the Word Document that I used to create the PDF File. Go to the View Headers and Footers if you want to modify the NACHI stuff on each page.
