Starting the Course is there any recomendations that could be provided
There are several changes with soffits and more. The major changes in the 2020 FBC regarding roof sheathing thickness requirements remained the same, there was a minor change in the roof sheathing fastener requirements. The 2023 FBC defers to the 2020 NEC which has several updates. Also not sure if it’s covered in the course, there was a new provision regarding EV charging provisions in the 2023 FBC Energy Conservation.
FBC Energy Conservation would also be a good thing to be familiar with.
