this has been good!
Hate seeing in just how rough shape the home I rent is!
On the other hand, I’m not getting plenty of practice.
Discovered that the people who pressure washed our home last week actually knocked the dryer vent out and now the duct is under the house (it’s a mobile home).
My landlord, when I told him, asked me to make a list of things that I discover as I finish classes so he can get to work on it.
Their track record, so far, has been great in following up on things.

Yes. Essays are part of the college course you’re taking, and writing an inspection narrative specific to the course topic should be fairly straightforward.
The most common exterior cladding around my area is brick.
Thank you so much!! This was a great course with tons of great information that served as a helpful review as well as instruction in applying the exterior information to home inspections.
Starting exterior.
This is a good course, very in depth IMO.
Starting the Exterior Inspection course, should be fun. I’m about half way there to becoming an certified home inspector.
Looking forward to this course, getting closer to finishing and becoming a CHI!
Beginning my exteriors course. The last one to keep my certifications. Looking forward to gaining greater insights and knowledge.
I’m starting the Exterior class now. It’s my last section.
I just finiished yesterday 10-4-24
Hello again, starting this course.
Aloha, starting the exterior course
Hello everyone from MT! Excited to start this course!
Hi all. I’m getting pretty close to completing the course. When you actually start doing paid inspections, do you keep a reference book of some kind or do you rely totally on memory of the course? If you do use reference, what do you use?
starting the exterior course now.
Just started this course, looks like it covers a lot; excited to dive in!
Always amazed by exterior building systems and how ingenuous and complex they are. Far more than most people understand. Hopefully taking this course will improve my inspector vision and let me understand what lies beneath the surface.
looking forward to this course.
