Is this direct vent outlet to a tankless water heater OK at this location?
20 inches from door and 32 inches from a window and under the canterlevered bedroom?
Also on a new build home is a water pressure regulator required by code?
House has a water pressure of 80psi with no regulator. Builder does not want to add one.
I actually found the clearances for this water heater in the manual. It is 12inches from any opening door or window.
Where is it venting to?
Looks like in a garage or carport to me. :shock:
Doesn’t look like the vent terminates at the exterior of the home.
Yes it is a carport, you can see the reflection of a car in the door.
