Now America is over-levered due to poor financial choices to the top 1% percent while dismantling America’s democracy lawlessly while promising that it will not happen again under his watch, when in reality he added to America overall debt by close to 8 trillion dollars the first time around. Only now he surrounded himself with syncopial lap dogs and yes-men all seeking his attention and favor while pillaging America’s coffers.

Where is all the outrage about the tariffs other countries have had one us for years/decades? I think that’s the overall hope/plan that all the other countries remove the unfair tariffs presently in place. Vietnam caught on very quickly. I suspect others will follow soon.

I have to disagree, our government doesn’t work in a vacuum. Tariffs are deposited into the Department of the Treasury general fund, just like most other taxes, and used for anything, from education to social programs to infrastructure. Don’t get me wrong, I do agree that there is a lot of waste.
Trump wants to shift the tax burden from corporations and the 1% to “foreign governments” (his words, not mine). That doesn’t change where the money goes or what it’s used for.

True story;
I grew up on a lake that I spent many years and hours on, fishing, boating, skiing etc. There was guy that went out fishing one day in his aluminum “john” boat. He was fishing along and close to the bank, under over hanging tree limbs.
A snake dropped from one of limbs into his boat. He had a pistol and shot the snake 5 times making sure it was dead. He didn’t make it back to shore (his dock) before his boat sunk. This was 40 years ago and if he is still alive today, my bet is he’s a F-47 supporter…
