Hi dear community, I’m a new Home Inspector in Orlando Florida and I have a question about the tax I need to add in my Home Inspections and Pools & Spa Inspection quotes. Both kind of inspections are free tax or are taxable??

I didn’t know you could charge a tax on labor.

There is no sales tax collected on inspection services in FL.

Some states do, such as Washington State, as they don’t have a State Income Tax, (at least not when I left there in 2006).
Then there’s other states that charge for everything they can get away with!!!
