Thank You Very Much InterNACHI!

I just wanted to send out a big “Thank You” to Ben & Nick Gromicko, Chris, Jesse, Lisa and all the InterNACHI crew for all that they do. This site has really given me the tools to become a great property inspector. I would also like to thank all the members, CPI’s and Master CPI’s who have giving me the help and insight on being a new inspector. I’m not a inspector yet, but I’m laying the groundwork of becoming my own boss. I have put in many hours of learning, studying, prep, research and now is the time to start putting it into action.
ValuePropertyInspection.com I know will be the start of something really great. I still have a lot of learning left to do but, putting my business plan in place, my trademarks filed and soon my business concept starting to really come into action. I really felt today the need to send out some respect to the owners of Internachi for helping me put my dreams into reality.

Cheers!

Ben, it is always nice to put faces with the names and what staff does, however, having their email with their blurb would be helpful. IMHO

Just a thought…

I know that there is probably another page with their emails on it…somewhere.

Thanks.

Yep. It’s Contact InterNACHI.

Remember, you’re not required to reply to everyone’s forum posts, particularly when it’s a question from a new member who may be checking out the forum as a resource for thoughtful discussion without public judgment of their competence as a “newbie” inspector as a pre-requisite for asking the question. Not saying that’s what you do, but that’s what unfortunately happens.

Above everyone’s first post is a note that says something like: “This is so and so’s first post. Let’s welcome them to our community”, or some such.

I enjoy welcoming them.

If I thought that I was required to do that, I probably wouldn’t be around long.

Hi, Larry. I think you missed or side-stepped the obvious point I made. But that’s okay, I understand.

I don’t side step anything, Ben.

Please feel free to clarify your point.

Eric,
Thank you for saying that! I haven’t started my business yet but I am about to as well. I’ve learned so much through these forums and listening to different peoples questions and concerns and getting real world answers. I found ICA online when I started and after I passed that course to become a certified home Inspector(and In no way am I knocking them) but realized I didn’t know much?? But it was then with a free subscription to InterNACHI that I realized there’s a real business here and a lot to learn. I would agree and say thank you to InterNACHI!! You’ve given me the tools and confidence to move forward into a business.
