Another great turn out for our Home Inspection Continuing Education classes by NACHI as well as non-NACHI members- over 30 paid registrations!

NYS mandates 6 hours of continuing ed before you renew in 2007 or 2008; thereafter the requirement is 24 hours per renewal-

Our classes today were taught by Joseph Farsetta, CMI who everyone was pleased with his knoweldge and abilities and preparation for the subject matter.

All graduates receive certificates the day of graduation and within 5 working days we send an official roster to NYS for validation of your completion of these NYS Approved Home Inspection CE Classes.

8am to 12 noon: HUD DEFICIENCY INSPECTING OF RESIDENTIAL HOMES
FEE 80.00 (all materials included) 1pm to 3pm: COMMON HOUSE DEFECTS Fee 50.00 (all materials included)

NACHI Members in Good Standing:
Attend both courses, meeting your requirements for 6 hours of ce credit for your 2008 renewal and our fee is $ 100 TOTAL “Both Programs”

Raised Seal Certificates isued to each student at conclusion of each class
NYS is notified of each student’s actual attendance
