Nice bid. I hope it goes higher. I’ll check back at 8:59 EST.

I learned from Nick a little bit ago that this is a complete volume, it appears, but not the complete set - which originally came in four volumes with a total of 100 coins. The coins are, however, supposed to be .90 sterling silver. Here is more info on it.

So did Dave Fetty win?

I show he posted at 10:56 EST

OK. So Kevin won?

I don’t know.

I’m waiting for the official “congrats” post from Maggie before I accept the win.

That’s why we need better rules…

What about my recommendation to have 5min extensions after each bid, starting at 9pm? Once a bid after 9pm holds 5 min, its officially over? This would prevent bid “snipes”

Thank you Nick!!

Too complicated for many… :man_shrugging:

In another thread Maggie said a 9:00 pm EST bid wins.

She said according to the rule posted in the OP. Changing those rules (as suggested in 7-2 auction thread) would result in more donations to CCFK and make it more like a real auction vs an ebay/bot controlled auction.

This is what she said:

"Yes, a bid at 9 PM would win. I now see that I announced the wrong winner based on this. @ringalls is actually the winner according to the rules in the original post.”

WTG Kevin !!
