Even better if your camera has a time stamp on the photos themselves.

I also take a pic of the stove, to prove it is off (and remind me to check), and one of the electrical panel to show that the breakers are still in the same positions as my pre-panel inspection.

Stove, T-stats, locked door handles/dead bolts, closed garage door, water meter.
