Dennis,
You can further your test if you would like by editing this post and removing the <IMG> tags from each end of the link for the picture. What that will do it leave the link in the post as a link, meaning it will not load the picture when someone visits this thread.
While it is not required, it does make it nicer for those that have dial up accounts since it takes so long to load pictures and they will be more likely to visit threads since most people are not patient enough to wait for the thread to load.

Dennis,
Wrong answer (at least from the view shown in the photo, may have been okay there, but I doubt it).
What is wrong in the photo? Thought for sure that it is what you were waiting for.

Bob,
DO the plants look like they are in the required working space? Would YOU feel safe working on the electrical service leaning over, in, or against those plants?
I would hope not. But then again ![icon_rolleyes.gif](upload://iqxt7ABYC2TEBomNkCmZARIrQr6.gif) maybe you are not as careful as I thought you to be?
Down here, even on new construction (in many areas), they (the city inspectors) make it a point to NOT ALLOW plants in front of the electrical equipment.

Jerry I take my safety as my responsibility.
If I had to work on this equipment and I found the plants as a hazard to my well being I would deal with it then.
IMO forcing the area to be barren forever just so it is ready to be worked on at some point in the future is absurd. ![icon_evil.gif](upload://1gvq2wV2azLs27xp71nuhZOKiSI.gif)
which was the old service.....and there was no real place to install the thing.....
It passed inspection in fact the Westlake Ohio inspection said.....good job!
The old service ran into the soffit and then through the roof. The pipe coming through the roof was not secured properly and the mere weight of the loop had it leaning. The guy had 4 panels in his house all of which were converted into one.
I had informed the customer that he needed to remove the bush right in front of the service, but after Westlake approved it, the customer did not feel like he needed to remove the bush nor could I convince him that he had to.
