As the founder of InterNACHI ® , I’d like to take this last opportunity of the year and of the decade to
thank you. Over the past 10 years, we’ve worked hard to become not just the largest home inspector
association in the world, but also the best, and we couldn’t have done it without you – our members.
We’ve expanded our staff and our facilities to serve you by bringing you up-to-date education and
training (free and available 24/7), professional marketing services, free benefits worth thousands of
dollars, members-only access to the best deals to help your business succeed, and specialized
support that are unmatched in the industry. Our courses and classes – online and through our House
of Horrors ® and the InterNACHI ® School – have earned accreditation by the U.S. Dept. of Education –
the only home inspector school that can make that claim. As a result, we’ve seen our membership
rolls explode tenfold.
For all those reasons, and for many others too numerous to mention in this post, InterNACHI ® now
dominates the home inspection industry as the premier association for home inspectors, vendors, and
educators. But that goal has always been for a higher purpose. As they say in “It’s a Wonderful Life,”
it’s deep in the human race for a person “to want his own roof and walls and fireplace,” and, as home
inspectors, we’re helping people everywhere satisfy that “fundamental urge.” The knowledge and skill
we bring to the table help them make confident decisions about their family’s safety and future. And
that kind of peace of mind is truly priceless.
So, from our hardworking staff to you and your families, I want to wish you all a Happy New Year and
a new decade of health, prosperity and achievement. Bring on 2020!
Happy New Year Nick and to all of your staff that has help me and the Awards Committee over the past 12 plus years providing awards to deserving members on the Inachi Forum.
Thank You

Happy New Year to everyone at InterNACHI! As a new member to the forum, I have found InterNACHI incredibly valuable and beneficial. I look forward to many years of involvement. I truly appreciate everyone involved, both staff and members. Thanks for all that you do. I hope all the best for you and your families in 2020!
Happy New Year Robert Young. Hope you are okay man. I was just thinking of you and a couple of other Inspectors. My youngest Son (Dakota - 20 years old), lives in a place a little Northwest of you in a place called Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada. I haven’t seen him in 5 years, but talked to him over Facebook Messenger (live video) and I miss my boy.
Anyway, I don’t want to tear up over the message board, but daggone if those youngins don’t make you feel old and helpless at times.
Hope you are okay my friend. Wishing you the best and a Happy, Healthy, Safe, and Prosperous year in 2020.
