Good point, Jeffrey. I was going to mention that and forgot by the end of my post seeing “@bhull1 mentioned in an earlier post, the fee needs to reflect both your experience and whatever your market will bear.”

You are in Iowa. Which means some new inspector is going to price it at round the $450.00 for the entire project.
