After further research, I have to agree with Manny.
It appears that the International Plumbing Code (IPC) prohibits it as well. Reference IPC Sections 504.6.1 and 504.7.1
I guess someone should put a call in to the authors of Code Check :mrgreen:
There have been many errors found in Code Check over the years.
The authors posted at creia.org, ashi.org, and inspectionnews.com inviting those who find errors to let them know.
I have not seen them posting at nachi.org inviting those who find errors to let them know, so don’t tell them. 
I saw one in a laundry tub, if I am correct after reading this thread, that would not be allowed either?
