I got HUD to grant NACHI access to their vacant homes for training purposes. They have thousands all over the country, wherever we need them.

HUD has vacant homes? Any in San Diego? Probably not. They had 60 offers on them as soon as someone found out they were vacant.

Isn't the ship used in Master & Commander on display in San Diego this week?

Hey, Nick.

Filming was done in Rosarito, Mexico (30 miles south of us). The ship has been in San Diego at the Embarcadero since filming was completed. It's pretty cool to see three tall ships, two cruise ships, and the Midway Museum down there all at the same time.

Russell Crowe has a winter condo here for when he needs to escape from la-la-land just north or us.
