How did your narrative read for those picture, Joshua?
I included the following disclaimer:
The crawlspace access opening providing entry to the crawlspace was too small for safe entry of the inspector. Generally-accepted modern safety standards mandate a crawlspace access opening size of 18 inches by 30 inches. An inspection robot was utilized to take photo’s inside the crawlspace that were analyzed by the inspector. The inspector recommends that crawlspace conditions are further evaluated by a qualified person, after safe access to the crawlspace has been provided, to ensure that all areas of the crawlspace have been adequately inspected.
As far as the narratives for defects, I don’t have the report in front of me but there were several defects that I had noted in the report, including no vapor barrier/condensation from elevated relative humidity, wood deterioration at the floor structure, corrosion visible at DWV pipes and improperly sloped DWV pipes, the presence of galvanized supply pipes (which I think was visible inside the home), and unsupported electrical wires to name a few.
