Job Description: As a Home Inspector Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn the ins and outs of home inspections. You will shadow experienced inspectors, assist in conducting inspections, and gradually build your expertise in evaluating properties for various factors, including structural integrity, safety hazards, and maintenance issues.
Inspector Trainees Will:
- Shadow experienced inspectors to learn best practices and techniques.
- Assist in conducting thorough inspections of residential properties.
- Learn to identify structural, mechanical, and safety issues.
- Document findings accurately and prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address their questions and concerns.
Qualities we are looking for:
Passion for homes and teaching people about them.
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The ability and desire to learn and grow with technology and the industry.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in construction, engineering, or related fields is a plus).
Reliable Vehicle and Drivers License.
Willingness to provide the best customer service possible to each client.
