Larry is one of the most helpful on the forum. When he has time he tries to help everyone out even if it is to think outside the box. Might want to consider that before asking a question in the misc. section.

I don’t recommend any contractors even if I know they are good. One F up on their end and the fingers point back at me. As blunt as is it to my clients, I defer it to the RE agents or Google.

I’m a NJ water systems guy (TMF’s, 4 Log system design), in addition to the other stuff I do. For South Jersey, I never had a problem with Pickwick. Good people.

So, I think Larry was just ribbing you a bit because your sentence was a statement with a question mark at the end. Then he gave you the best advice he had. Too bad your knee jerk reaction started a Pooh slinging fest.
In the end, you received the information you were seeking. So, “these forums” aren’t so bad.
My advice, which works for me, is to post a question and let it marinate a bit to give the pros a chance to see your post and then respond.
