You are cordially invited to the inaugural meeting of the Western
Michigan Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home
Inspectors (NACHI).
Location: Clarion Hotel - 100 Main St. Saint. Joseph, Michigan 49085
Date: May 14, 2004
Time: 6:00 P.M - Dinner
7:00 P.M.- Meeting
If you are arriving from out of town and you wish to reserve a room,
call Larry O'Connor at 269-849-3029. We need a minimum of 10 rooms
reserved to obtain a discount, otherwise rooms are $89.00 per night.
New and veteran home inspectors, as well as members of all
associations, are welcome, and you need NOT be a NACHI member.
Anyone interested in home inspection can attend.
Dress is casual as our meetings are informal and fun.
Spouses are welcome.
The meeting is FREE and open to all.
A dinner will be catered and will offer the following:
Appetizer
Salad
Entree: choice of, chicken or beef
Dessert:
NOTE: If you have a special diet (vegetarian, diabetic, etc.)
Let me know so we can arrange to have something for you.
Cost of dinner is $20.00 per person.

There are currently no dues required to join the Western
Michigan NACHI Chapter. Again, you need not join to attend.
The meeting will include:
1 - A presentation by Nick Gromicko, Realtor, ad agency owner, and
Executive Director of NACHI. He will discuss:
* Marketing your home inspection service to real estate agents.
* Raising your prices when your competition charges less.
* Converting every call into a scheduled inspection.
2 - A local dealer from Poly-Steel, a company that makes Insulating
Concrete Forms (ICF), will make a presentation on the details how
the system works.
Directions: From West: I-94 east into Michigan. Exit at Red Arrow
Highway North (exit #23). Go approximately 6 miles to Port Street.
Last light before bridge.
Clarion Hotel will be on your left. Parking is behind hotel.
From East: I-94 west to Red Arrow Hwy North (exit #23). 6 miles
to hotel.
From Indianapolis: Take 31 North South Bend area. Take Bypass
31 to the Berrien Springs/Old US 31 exit. North on Old US 31
to I-94 West to exit #23 (Red Arrow Hwy North).6 miles to hotel
