Neutral bus tie bar, as Dominic stated, it connects the nuetral busses together so there is continuity between the two.

It’s interesting the differences in regions. I see those panels with that bonding rod all the time around here.
The first time I saw a Divinci Roof, I was looking around like I had stepped on Mars. The seller told me that they were popular back in Washington, so when he moved here, he put one his house.

Those can also be removed to give you two separate buses, one for the EGC’s and the other for a neutral bus.
