Went to this old house that has a lot of problems. Somebody can spend hours looking for everything that is wrong.


I would like to focus on damage done to the support beam. The support beam is too small and has water damage and a bad case of Powder Post Beatles.

Termites is what I'm questioning. I see areas where small tunnels could be and I see a lot of areas where it's just rot. I'm hoping the pictures you see can help to determine.
