Joe not being the electrical savant that I percieve you to be, I just read the warning label in your photo. Whenever I am doing an inspection and I find an appropriate warning label I try to get a picture.

My pleasure.
Any member who wants the 2004 UL Directory [General Information Directory, Installation and Use of Products Bearing the UL Mark] as a PDF File should look below. It has been uploaded.

Hi, Joe!
I'm a new home isnpector here, and I sure want a copy of that directory. I know it will come in handy sometime in the near future. We all need to keep on learning, to stay on top of the business.

Thanks Joe, I know this will come in handy. I've been watching from the side lines and noticed you are a very big help to us new comers
Welcome Danny:
See how many "lurkers" come forward when I post information! It is because they can see that I am helping them as you have indicated.
Even the "Veterans" appreciate what I have done for NACHI, and while it is true that I am sometimes hard to understand and outspoken, I always mean well and will continue to make my expertise available.
Now we have to talk about your work, and being a NACHI member. Is there a NACHI Chapter in the "North Pole" and if so do you hold meetings and can we schedule an electrical seminar there? How many Home Inspectors are active there?
I have the full authority to schedule electrical seminars on behalf of NACHI based upon my original "handshake" with Nick Gromicko a long time ago!

I would suggest this label is for lawyers. Hair dryers have 2 levels of protection in a properly wired bathroom. There is an immersion detector in the plug and that receptacle should be GFCI.
Have you ever seen your family use a hair dryer in the bathroom? Were you worried?
