Has anyone seen this type of vent used before. A potential client sent me the picture so I have never seen it in person. I do not know where it goes in the attic. There apparently is a large air return to the air handler close it it so it’s not an additional intake. There is only one so it is not a jumper. No motor on it so not a mechanical vent. Mid 90s home and it would not have been installed in the past 5 years.
