You forgot to mention the quickest response time. I have emailed several different people throughout the years and I am always amazed that I get a reply within minutes, sometimes it’s under a minute. Without a doubt the quickest response time and I thank you for that.

I admit, every time I have emailed Nick, I get a reply very quickly.

The one time I called Nick… not so much.
