Wildfire survey SOP / Spectora template

@gromicko posted a InterNACHI's Standards of Practice for Performing Wildfire Surveys of Residential Properties this evening. I did a little research and it looks like @kshepard has a Spectora template available for purchase.

Are any of you Spectora users in wildfire-prone areas currently providing Wildfire Surveys using this SOP and Kenton’s Spectora template with success?

I am in CA as well. I think it would be a hard sell to get clients to pay for a wildfire survey as CalFire or the local AHJ are the only authorized entities at present to can do the official survey and do it for free under AB-38. In other states, thinking it could be a valuable add-on service.
