I am taking the Nachi Wildlife Danger And Sign for Home Inspectors course for cont. ed and am curious how many inspectors actually wear PPE when entering an attic or crawlspace even after you see obvious signs? After 15 years of inspecting these areas, I may use my N95 mask on don a coverall, but only if the debris is significant. According to this course, there is a danger to inspectors and air borne diseases you may stir up can affect others. Am I too lazy or is this a common practice?
