I am pleased to announce that we’ll be getting about 150 new members next week.
World Inspection Network, a very good home inspection franchise based out of Seattle, Washington has arranged for all their inspectors to join NACHI. Their headquarters has been working with NACHI for many months to have all their franchise owners join us. WIN (as the call themselves) inspectors are all very qualified:
All of their inspectors are franchise owners who must:
-- be graduates of the Professional Association of Building Inspectors (PABI) Training Institute with over 145 credited hours of residential inspections procedures and technical training.
-- have a minimum of 30 continuing education credits per year
-- be licensed under their states requirements (if any) .
-- carry E&O insurance.
-- be a member of a national association.
All of these requirements are verified and monitored by WIN.
We are hoping to have them added to our systems and sites as members by the end of next week.
