Would anyone be Able to Identify this Type of Insulation?

This is in a 1950-built home. No access to anywhere else in the attic space, and this is all the insulation I could see. Any thoughts on this are greatly appreciated as I have not seen this stuff before.

Thank you. This seems to be what you are describing, as it has that cardboard feel. I see a ton of houses in this age range, and this is a first for sure.

Good stuff, learn something everyday. Thanks.

Evening, Tim.
Looks like Kimberly-Clark product.
Qualities; multiple layers of creped, asphalt-treated cellulose fibers. Reflective and regular grades.
