I haven’t seen this type of insulation in any inspections I have completed before. I was wondering if this is just a recycled material insulation or something else. It is in a home that was built in 1987. I believe I’ve seen this before I started inspecting, but not sure what it is called exactly. It’s brown in color. Just trying to make a proper identification for the buyer. I appreciate the info.
