it was amended and sent back.
i was told " Now I see why you need it signed prior to the inspection " and " no one should ever sign this agreement "
needless to say, the inspection didnt happen.
I’m with Jim Bushart…no fee is high enough to do this inspection.
Had a feeling when originally talking to them.
Certain questions are asked that stick out like a sore thumb.
More interested in liability than in getting a quality inspection.
