Yippee!!! Kansas AG says association membership requirment unconstitutional!

Revenue down, deficit getting larger, and a new law that won’t generate enough income to buy a lunch for the legislators that passed it. Even our blonde governor knows when its time to move out to DC to get a better government job with Obama.

Lets just pray theres enough money there to set up and fund our new Kansas HI Board. I can’t tell you how disappointed a certain profession; 1 lobbyist; and a home inspector or two would be.

So lets be hopeful; they can take milk from starving babies; shelter from old folks or the homeless; and health care from wounded veterans - BUT - for something as important to the KAR and National Security DO NOT cheat the states home inspectors out of the IMMENSELY needed Bill that KAR and a few helpers jammed up everyones *****.

Kansas $1 billion under budget. Florida $3 billion. California governor wants bailed out. And they want to put money into laws that regulate home inspectors, that whom for years never needed regulation. You find a bad auto mechanic, find a better one. Home buyers should shop around, as when they do for a car salesman. Ask a friend, realtive. Web sites. 30+ years the home inspection industry was run this way. If the states ever take money from school lunch programs to fund home inspection boards, the governors, senators, all should be fired, and punished, just as they punish the kids. I am as mad as Dan.
