Sure looks like a bonding connector between water service and gas service piping. Love the guaranteed burn on the underside of your forearm every time you need to swap a fuse…

I dont know but it looks like the drain line from TPR valve is reduced to 1/2 inch. Maybe its just the picture. eusa_naughty.gif
