What are your concerns?

Deterioration mostly. No visible structural cracks or settlement in the home.

It’s 100+ years old… it will be deteriorated at least to some degree. Much efflorescence is present, it could still be getting wet under certain conditions. I’d make sure to explain the foundation is brick and everything I observed including the old CI plumbing.

Looks like the plumbing may need more help than the foundation. LOL
