If I were in PA, I’d follow the PA document. However, I use NACHI SoP and it’s outside of scope. It might get an honorable mention in my report as an FYI.

Consider this. A major radon supply company sells an adapter to go from PVC to downspout. It is a generally accepted practice.
The labels on a two pole breaker are not additive. That is a 200 amp breaker. If either leg goes over 200 it will trip within the allowable limits.
