Just an idea. You might try contacting a loan officer that knows how to do these loans. Not all lenders offer this because it takes a lot of training for a loan officer to learn how to do these. If you can find one who will share some information they may be able to supply you with an inspector outside of your marketing area who might give you some insights. I’d even offer to pay him for a couple hours of their time because there is a big learning curve with this and they could speed that along for you. Or, hopefully a member here could mentor you.
